Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with That’s Tutu! Every order means the world to us, and we do our best to ensure your Tutu arrives safely and as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders are packed and shipped on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays). During new product launches, promotions, or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from Malaysia via J&T Express.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Estimated delivery times:
Within Malaysia: 2–7 business days
International: 7–30 business days (where available)
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees required by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
That’s Tutu has no control over these charges and cannot estimate how much they may be.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update your information if your order has not yet been shipped.
That’s Tutu cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
Once your order has been handed over to J&T Express, the courier is responsible for transporting your parcel safely.
If your parcel is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll gladly assist you in contacting the courier and resolving the issue.
